Usually the simplest solution is a great place to start. Start by checking the supply, fuse, and power button. If this does not look like its getting you anywhere start at the power supply circuit inside the unit. Quite often a defective supply voltage or reverse polarization blows some of the capacitors and/or reverse protection diode on this board. Also ensure that the unit as a whole is off and not only the display. Try to listen for the "on" beep to start with. If that isn't there whip out your multimeter and check like above. Good luck.
You could have blown the transducer.....it is supposed to be in water before you turn it on. A 5 gal. bucket inside the boat would be fine for when out the water. Put the transducer in the 5gal bucket with water and try again. You may have to get another. sorry.
the door lock has gone it sounds to me the dryer wont work unless the door is shut so if its not picking that the door is shut then it wont work
hope that helps :)
Probably a bad printed circuit board, just had to send mine in to have it repaired. When I hit the power button, I did hear a beep, but then nothing displayed. Mine was still under warrenty, so don't know the repair cost if yours is not.
