Lights and fan simply won't work, how do fix it?

if it is a fuse your fuse box will be located under hood and sometimes you may also have two fuse boxes , one under hood in a black box in plan view that says fuse and relays. remove the cover and look under the lid. you will find descriptions and placement labels under cap. find your fan and lighting fuse if blown replace with recommended fuse. same goes for other fuse box under dash or located on driver side or passenger side of dash in between door and dash. must open door to view fuse box.

Overheating, I have changed the thermostat and it's not the radiator. What else could it be????

Could be trapped air in the engine. Minivans are notorious for this. They way they are constructed, they have water in locations higher than the top of the radiator. This requires them to have bleed ports in certain locations on the coolant system to vent off the trapped air. It could also be a bad water pump, or you could have a blown head gasket. These will also cause overheating.

2010 Dodge Nitro AC Fuse for fan location

First, it would be nice to know WHICH fan you are talking about. The engine cooling fan? The heater-A/C blower fan?

Second, this might be the time to educate you about fuses. Fuses do not cause electrical failures, Electrical failures cause blown fuses.

With that being said, it is highly unlikely that if you find the fuse you are looking for, that it will solve your problem.

My 1999 DeVille Concours A/C and heater fans don't come on.

open hood, look in main fuse box for blown fuses,or bad relays to heater fans. the a/c fan should come on only when you turn a/c on at the dash panel only. it has nothing to do with the heat. if the heater blower fans don't come on, then look in the main box[fuse] for a blown fuse also. otherwise the problem is in the heater control module.[where you turn on a/c and the heat] that panel has a different fuse location.under the dash drivers side or on panel on drivers door at the door jam[where the door shuts towards the front of car, under mirror, but inside] look for fuse panel there also for blown fuse. hope this helps, but if not, recommend you seek a pro.such as cadillac

I own a 2002 grand am gt the fans dont work so the car overheats

The most common problem I see is a blown cooling fan fuse, usually a 30 - 50 amp fuse and it's larger than the usual small push in fuses and is usually located under the hood in a fuse and relay panel. If you live in a northern climate the fans will often become frozen in place with ice and snow and cause the fuse to blow when they try to run. It's usually not noticed until hot weather hits then the engine will overheat because the fans can't run due to the blown fuse. You could also have a bad fan motor that has just simply quit so if you find that all the fuses are good then that is certainly a possibility. Hope this helps you out a bit!

The heater fan is not operating and I thought it might be a blown fuse. I checked the fuse box under the dash and couldn't locate the fuse for the fan by the descriptions given. Do you know which fuse on...

My 2002 I35 has the blower fuse under the hood in the fuse box in the engine compartment. The fuse box cover has the "key" or description of which fuse is which. If the blower fuse is bad and you replace it, only to have the fuse burn again then I would check the blower resistors that are located behind the glove box. Very common for one of these resistors to go bad causing only low speed operation of fan. Burns the fuse when you try to operate the fan on the higher speeds. Good Luck

The fan unit outside isnt running. is it a blown fuse perhaps?

There is no fuse box. Open the cover and see if the wires goingto fan are not burnt.(Power off the AC before opening cover). If not, you need to check it live with a voltmeter to see if its getting voltage. If the voltage are on motor wires, motor is burnt.

Rear air conditioning

The rear fan fuse is located in the engine compartment on the drivers side to the bottom right of the master cylinder there is a black cover, its right in there it should be a 30 amp fuse, if you flip the fuse cover it will tell you where it is. hope it helps, but if it blown look into the fan or the switch, it blew because of a reason.
