If someone hacked your account, he / she is the boss. You can't login to your account.
If you still can login, you should change all settings, like password, return address if the password has to be reseted. Then setup a more complex password.
If you can receive mails on one device and not on another, you should check the settings on the device not capable of receiving mails. It has nothing to do with hack, just with manning your accounts.

It sounds like one of two things. You either have a virus or someone hacked your account. If you're certain you are virus free then just change your login password to you hotmail account.

Point your web browser at http://www.gmail.com

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."

If you then still can't sign in to your account, click the "Can't access your account?" link on the sign-in page.

what do you mean when you say you cannot receive emails? are you able to login to your gmail account?

if you are able to login to your gmail account - make sure you change the login password right away. use a strong password - which means it should be atleast 8 characters long and contain at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 special character and 1 number. :-)

if you are not able to login to your gmail account then try using the "forgot password" option.

Facebook makes and easy to tell what emails you want and which emails you do not want to receive. Once you login, click the account link at the top right. Once you are there go to account settings. After account settings you should see a list of tabs that come up. One of the tabs is Notifications. Click this link and you will see a list of all the things that have access to your email. Here you can select what you want to subscribe to. This is a good way to limit the amount of emails you get from facebook. If you are looking to deactivate your account completely. Login, click the account link at the top right, then go to account settings and click deactivate. You will then be asked a reason for you deactivation and you'll have to enter a pin to deactivate your account.
