NEED MANUAL HEAT PUMP BOUGHT BACK TO NZ AS PERSONAL BELONGINGS, BUT NO MANUAL AND REMOTE IS CHINESE

Looking up in the manual might not be practical because you won't find the setting and language option if you have your device in Japanese.
I don't mean to sound funny but I would like to share a personal experience: I bought some time ago an mp3 player without manual and with an on-screen menu. After some use, form one moment to other, without any apparent reason, language reverted to "default" Chinese - with chinese characters. I could solve the problem with the help of the manager.of in my favorite Chinese restaurant.
SO FIND A FRIENDLY JAPANESE and ask if he or she can help you..

call the service provider (customer service) to get the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code as well....and u need to verify the sim pin num which is (Personal Identification Number) , that will be your own personal code which you have to verify twice and settle! ^.^

Here is a link to a panasonic remote control. It appears the two AA batteries are located under the cover found just below the buttons on the front of your remote. Look at the link below and see if this remote looks similiar to yours.

I had a problem with my Epson CX5500 Printer when I first installed it, as it seemed to be in chinese language which unfortunately I do not speak :). After not being able to change the language options in the printer options or finding anything in the online manual I went to http://tech.epson.co.nz/downloads/ and updated the drivers and it seemed to correct the problem. As I'm from NZ, you will want to choose a different location on this screen http://www.epson.com/index_g3.html?iref=gblhptst3 but it should make much difference. I hope this helps in some way.
