Your on screen keyboard should have a button labeled ?123, after pressing this to switch to numbers/symbols, press the Shift key to change to additional symbols.
This is how Nick Liberatore of Loyola University describes it (it worked for me):
Power off the tablet.
Press and hold Power until the device powers on, then immediately press and hold Volume Down (while still pressing Power).
You will see the word Start with an arrow drawn around it.
Press Volume Down twice to designate Recovery mode.
Press Power to restart into Recovery mode. You will see an image of an Android robot with a red triangle.
Hold down Power. While holding down Power, press Volume Up.
A menu in little blue type should pop up. Use the volume keys to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press Power to select it.
Scroll down to "Yes - erase all user data" and press Power to select it.
When it says all data has been removed then choose to reboot the system.
If you then see the welcome screen you'll know you succeeded!
If your tablet is frozen what until the battery gives out.
Once it gives out charge it and turn it on if that doesn't work try this.
Get something small like a pin somewhere on your tablet there should be a little circle and the words RESET stick the little object in there hold it for five seconds and let it go your tablet will restart and reset. If that doesn't work your tablet is defected you need to take it back to the store you got it from
See if there is a reset on it. Its usually a very small hole marked reset and it takes a pin or something very small to press it. A reset might work and it won't erase anything off it.
Hi, Try dumping out your cookies, and try again. Each time you log in you put a cookie in and when you have too many cookies, it will slow down or sometimes stop all togeather. You also might try downloading a cleaner and run that. Hope that helps.
First off I was ask do you know if the charger is good? If it uses a USB connector to charge and you have another device with a charger, try swapping it out. Look on the tablet charger for the Volts (V) and the Amps (A) it will probably be 5V and 1-2A if you have a charger with a fairly close rating it should charge the tablet. You may also need to hold the reset button down for up to 20 seconds.
