I need A battery for my KW300 Can anyone help

from what i have read you need that cable id try to find that cable from a retail source then try it,if you replace batteries make sure installed correctly and the contact areas are clean of all debris

contact your local jeweler they may be able to determine size and voltage by measurement of battery compartment.

Take the old battery to a Radio shack and they will show you what you need to replace it.

Look for the batteries on Amazon.com. I got our 3.6v batteries from there. Good Luck.

It is doubtful that the cord is the problem unless there is visable damage to the cord. Most likely, the batteries are dead. You will find the correct replacement battery type at shaveroutlet.com. See link below. You will need 2

To change them, take off the back cover by removing the screws. Inside you will see the two batteries. There may be some black tape on the ends. If so remove the tape so that you can get to the tabs on the batteries. Unsolder the old batteries from the wires and solder in the new batteries

usually its a standard lithium cell cr 2032 which you can find anywhere

Has anyone been able to find out if these Brookstone massagers can have the old batteries removed & replaced?

They stopped selling this model a while ago.
