Thermador Freedom T361T70NNP - French Doors - Condensation

We have a Thermador Freedom T361T70NNP - French doors and bottom freezer. Top of refrigerator just inside the fridge door has condensation collecting and so does the panel between the 2 fridge doors. Have tried "dry mode" and that does nothing. Thermador has come out multiple times and put sealant around the top of the fridge doors but that hasn't solved anything either. This has been happening since it was installed. Happens only when it is humid outside (we are in an AC condo).

I have the same problem, and thermador stated there was a recall on the hinges. They are replacing the hinges to a newer stronger hinge that will pull the refrigerator doors in tighter. It took three different service companies to find the answer to this problem because I was told Thermador does not want anyone to know about this issue they have.

Have a maytag french door bottom freezer. Top

try unplugging the unit and use a blowdryer to defrost the return air ducts, they tend to freeze up, they are located on the rear wall of the freezer behind the panel. with doors open and unit unplugged, introduce warm air for a couple of hours

Water build up on inside of fridge door of ge french door fridge

humid air in the house. any time you open the fridge, house air is sucked in. when you close it, the fridge cools the air and moisture from the warm air condenses on any cold surface. also check to see if there is a gap in the seal.
