I have an electric Razor Dirt Quad. It ran perfectly until it rained, now nothing. I replaced the control module and batteries. It turns on but 'low power' light flashes and it does not run what next?

Get out your multimeter and check the TOTAL voltage. You should have 24 volts or 36 volts depending on model. If you don't, take them all of and charge each one on a car charger set at 2 amps. Clean all the battery connectors with a wire brush and also the connectors. Smear them with Vaseline. Also make sure you have the batteries wired in correctly. If don incorrectly, you may be running on 12 volts!

Why does the razor quad only run on low throttle. Battery is fully charged and green, when throttled will run but slowly if throttled more yellow light comes on and turns off.

Razor MX500, new batteries fully charged, suddenly stopped responding. No power, no click, nothing.

Thoughts -
No/poor connection between power source and motor
Motor failure
Only someone with their hands on the bike can fully diagnose.

Razor Dirt Quad will intermittently make humming noise rather than moving when throttle is turned. This is a Christmas gift for my grandson and has less than 3 hours of riding time on it.

My razor mx 500 motor won't turn.

I think you are talking about an electric motor on your bike . If the motor is New you may have a bad throttle switch . You can use an ohm meter to check the throttle switch . Connect the two leads of the ohm meter to the wires of the throttle switch ( dissconected) . As you turn the throttle the ohm reading should coraspond to how much you turn it .

Full battery light is on - power light is on - when you turn the throttle you can hear a click as though it is trying to engage, but the quad won't accelerate - move forward - at all.....

Sounds line the stater motor gear is stuck on the fly wheel. Have a mechanic check it just to be safe.

Razor Quad ATV relay clicking and get an intermitent yellow light... occasionally the relay will kick in and it runs great until we turn it off.... then same thing all over again...

replace relay.. and clean all terminals at battery and fully charge battery

Razor four wheeler runs well for a while but loses power after short time has new battery

we had a similar problem, but it turned out to be the back brake caliper was binding due to misalignment. There is a screw on the caliper to adjust the alignment between the pads and the rotor.

I have exactly the same problem and it started right around the time the "gracious" 90-day warranty period expired.....
The battery lights had been on for days, indicating a full charge, but nothing happens when turning the throttle. Battery housing is very cumbersome to open, but I'll try to disconnect the battery next.
