Please discontinue using the battery, it maybe explode if you continue using it. Replace it with a new battery to avoid damage to your phone and also to you.
dial *228 on phone...hit send. when automated message starts hit the number 1. you'll hear music. Just wait until it says phone is successfully reprogrammed. I just had the same problem and verizonwireless tech support helped me. Hope it works for you!
slide open phone hit menu then camera then at top left of screen hit camera icon then you get mode select and you can select camera, scene and camcorder hit camcorder and ur off.to get back on camera just do hit camcorder icon in top left corner to get back into camera mode. Just have a mess around with options.
Its a capacitor on the back of the tv, apparently they dry out and can explode. Our clicked for about a week before breaking, so i'd get it checked out before it breaks. Ours is being replaced under warranty.
