the fuse paper chart is located on top of the spare tire where the tools are if its not there it was misplaced u can purchace one from a m/b dealer Should be in tghe owners tool kit that came with the car. If not inquire of the dealer

I have purchaced from Lloyd's in the past and their reprints are by far cheaper than the OE's reprints.

For some reason, the GM website does not even offer a PDF version of the Owner's Manual for 1999 Tahoe. The first year available is 2000. I don't know if they "lumped Tahoe in with Suburban or what the deal was with Tahoe for that year. Anyway, the PDF versions are available for free download but the site says to contact your local dealer to purchace replacement hard copies.

It would go in the inside unit. Im not real sure what the inside unit looks like cause they're all different but you should be able to take a door off and youll see the old strip, remove a couple screws and wires, just remember where they all go, take the strip out and put the new in and reassemble.

Make sure you have the proper power supply, 115V or 230V depending on the unit. Also air pressure needs to be at 65 PSI for it to function properly.

This sounds like a power supply problem in this DLP TV set. Best thing you can do is to call the manufacturer in the owners manual, or go back to where you purchaced the TV set and see where they send the Akia TV sets to be serviced. good Luck
