When I turn it on I can hear it working. I can take one picture but it sounds like it only turns partway and gets stuck. I can't see anything stuck in there...help..

since you didn't turn on the sound during the coverage there is no way you can have sound because you have disable the sound but if you did not reduce the sound totaly that is you can hear sound but not too high i will surgest you take it to studio so they can edit it but you let them know that you turn off the sound when you do the coverage so they will let you know if remedy can be done to it.
