Check volume settings, note that media and notification volumes are different.

Verify you haven't accidentally put it in silent mode. (On most phones that can be checked by holding the power button, and selecting the silent mode option).

Why can't I pull the ring up to unlock my phone

I would say your digitizer is going bad or has dead spot's. The digitizer's are quite cheap usually $9-15 but require a skilled technician for installation.

I wanted to set the HTC snap phone to ring and vibrate at the same time but are unable to do so. Please advise. Thanks

In your profiles, hit Menu, then edit, then choose ring and vibrate. It might take a couple of tries because that is a known issue with the HTC Snap, Ozone and Sprint Hero. Reset your profiles to default and do this a few times. It gets a little tedious and annoying, but HTC hasn't fully addressed the issue yet.

Battery on my HTC s710 lasts for 3-4 hours

if you momentarily push the "start" button, that should put the phone into hybernation. Which means the screen will go dark and quit using power. If the phone rings it will automatically wake up. If you want to use it just hit the start button again.

There are also some settings in the "settings" menu that determine when and for how long the screen stays illuminated when not in use.

Phone doesn't ring, but other sounds fine

:) Sometimes happens to me also. I faced a similar problem before, I think one of the installed programs on your device does it, I couldn't remember the name of the application now but whenever I launch it, my phone sound goes to minimum, Just to let you know. Have a nice day.

HTC Touch Pro only rings twice before switching to voicemail

I think the issue is a misconception on the operation of the phone. The phone flashes for the first ring, vibrates for the second ring, and then rings for the 3rd and 4th ring before dropping to voicemail. it requires a registry modification as can be found on some forums to make it "ring immediately." If you put the phone on vibrate it will buzz immediately and skip the flashing lights step.

HTC touch phone crazy problem

It's a problem with your phone or the network. Take it back to the dealer and let them work it out.
