I don't think your tablet has a slot to add a memory card. Please check the user's manual; I might be wrong. If you can install a memory card in it, the user's manual will show where the memory card slot is located and how to install the card.
You'll need to do a factory reset: 1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power. 2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears. 3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection. 4. Press Volume Up continue.
When the tablet is OFF hold volume up button then switch on all the time holding the volume up button untill it boots into reset options. use vol up and down to scroll between options then power button to select.
