It appears the main control has detected a faulty or error condition. "E0" should be followed by two more digits to indicate which error has occurred. Let's try turning electrical power supply off. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes to reset cook-top main controls. If resetting the power does not correct the issue or provides a new error code, at this point, I would recommend having a service technician to diagnose the problem before investing in unnecessary parts.
Could the error code possibly be E-21? If so, this error is
commonly referred to an issue with the oven thermal sensor. Typically, the over
thermal sensor is in the open position. A professional would need to verify
continuity of sensor harness and connections. Depending on an accurate
diagnosis the part may need replacing. I hope this information help to some
degree.
