Timer light blinks constantly

Theres a timer light next to the power button and a few weeks ago it started blinking fast. The light is a green light marked timer. I replaced the bulb with a new bulb from mitsubishi and no difference so pretty much now my tv wont turn on it doesnt do anything and that light just blinks. I dont see anything for this in the buyers guide as far as troubleshooting and i just want my tv back. Anyone else had this problem?

Hi,
Is it Mitsubishi WD-52628 TV? please confirm model number.
Unplug TV from AC outlet for couple of minutes, replug back in, turn power ON and check, still same problem?
Lets read error code in TV, press Device and Menu buttons on front of TV at same time for 6 seconds that will activate error code read process. Led will flash in 2 sequence with half second pause. count it and let me know the error code to proceed.
Thanks.

Big Screen Televison problem

1) pull chassis ( requires un-hooking extensive wire runs)
2) turn chassis upside-down
3) solder any / all bad connects, esp. regulator pins
Look for electrolytic capacitor leakage evidence =
dark,discoloration of trace material
4) replace any bad capacitors
5) re-install chassis and test

Tv will not turn on. timer light constantly blinks

If you can get into the main menu go to load factory default and reboot, This will reload factory settings and this operation will erase all unwanted settings and load back to factory default. so you can load your own settings and take back control of your tv.

Blinking Green Timer Light

I suspect the lamp area is VERY dirty as is the cabinet's filters and fans. This causes great stress on your tv and lamp. Take the time to clean all of them fully. Is the unit in a dirty area? or in a high temp area? DLP's dont like high temp or contaminated areas as they are NOT air sealed units.

Mitsubishi Model WD-52725 timer green light blinking fast

My Mitsubishi WD52725 will not turn on...the timer light is blinking. We pushed the reset button, unplugged tv. Just got off the phone with Mitsubishi customer "service." After answering numerous personal questions, and being on hold for several minutes, I was told that the only solution was to push the reset button. Duh! We'd done that several times with no change, which is why I called them! BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!!
