i guess your problem your system maybe not allowing active x components to your system. uninstall first your internet browser(IE, Mozilla, etc.) then reboot. and then install internet browser. and then explore the internet. when explorer asking to allow activex and install just click yes or either u can see a yellow above just right click and install. If this not work, go to http://www.microsoft.com and then download the "Microsoft windows script" u can find it by searching the site. after downloading install and restart the system. and again do this; when explorer asking to allow activex and install just click yes or either u can see a yellow above just right click and install.

Sympton Problem Solution
Rolling Screen?
Black & White. PAL Video is selected in error. Click on the TV SYS button located on the DVD remote near the Power button.
Light to Dark Picture. Connection to VCR or TV/VCR combo. Unplug the DVD player from your VCR and connect the DVD player direct to your TV (bypass the VCR). If TV does not have audio/video plugs, or if you have a TV/VCR combo, you will need to purchase and install an RF modulator (available at most electronic retailers).

The light to dark picture? Condition is caused by the disc manufacturer's license encoding at the time of manufacture. It is not cause by the DVD102 player.
No Video. TV needs to be switched to the correct input mode. Your TV must be switched to the correct video input selection. You can only switch the TV to accept an outside video source by using the original factory remote. Locate the button on the factory remote that switches the TV input. The most common descriptions on remotes are: GAME, TV/VIDEO, A/V, VIDEO, INPUT or SOURCE.
Universal Remote Code. The code has not been published. The Universal Remote manufactures create the codes.
Region Error. Software issue. Return the DVD player.
Unit Displays No Disc Even After a DVD has Been Loaded. Defective unit. Return the DVD player.
Unit Displays Loading Even After Giving Adequate Loading Time. Defective unit. Return the DVD player.

CONTACT THEM WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CLICK ON LOST PASSWORD OR FORGOT PASSWORD AND THEY WILL SEND IT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

If you normally use an email program like Outlook or Mac Mail, try logging in to your webmail. If you can see your webmail OK, then it's likely to be a problem with the way your email program is set up.

I am travelling in New Zealand and have had to get a new email.so changed to gmail ...but I need to check my BT mail how would this be possible please?

from what i could tell, BT is an ISP? if possible, call up your ISP and ask if you could access your email through the browser. if not, have someone call BT, give them your gmail acct and have them send the solution to you (to your gmail)

Bt internet mail login

On the assumption that your bt/yahoo email is correct. Just ring BT support and explain your problem and they will assist. You shouldn't really put your login/passwords onto the internet in any shape or form

Sending email

here are the settings for btinternet, if you use "outlook" you must manually configure them!

  • The POP3 server (incoming mail) is mail.btinternet.com
  • The SMTP server (outgoing mail) is also mail.btinternet.com
  • Both need your BT Yahoo! email address and password; you will have to tell your e-mail program that the SMTP server requires authentication.
  • The SMTP server can use either port 25 or port 587.
The most common fault is to provide your ADSL username and password when your BT Yahoo! username and password is what's required.
