Depending on the type of backhoe, occasionally there is air that can become trapped in the controller. I would try to find a bleeder plug and open it when the valve is in the pressurized or charged position. Allow the air to escape until all the bubbles are gone. Similar to bleeding breaks. This has worked on my backhoe with the same situation. It also has worked on my Case uni-loader.

The travel lock is either in place keeping it from moving in transport or there is something wrong with the hydraulics. Look for a push button release. The other thing is the stabilizers have to be engaged

How do i view 2010 rear axle assy street bob

Get hold of a service manual OR go to dealer and ask for photocopy of the relevant parts breakdown picture page.

Right side you have axle going through swing arm into a short spacer, through right wheel bearing, internal spacer, left wheel bearing out the left side through a longer spacer, and then the swing arm and then on the axle you will have a washer, cone nut and an "E" clip. Inside the swing arm ends you have the belt adjustment pieces that normally would not come out of the swing arm ends. And of course on the right side you would also have the brake caliper mounting and support arm.

How to troubleshoot swing motor problems on a 1963 jd row cropper backhoe?

just like any hydraulic system there is A (IN) and a (OUT) on every cylinder and motor on tractor (even steering) loosten (NOT remove) the hose fitting thats on (A or In) to motor and attempt to move joint/device with controls if a steady drip of fluid is present then your problem is device (cylinder, motor) if no drip then follow hose up to power divider or solinoid or hand valve and attempt same procedure , keep moving up the line till you get a steady drip of fluid and last device in liine is the problem device , repair or replace it

ALLWAYS turn off motor and release pressure from hyd system before you attempt to completly remove any device from system for replacement , and note that booms and arms and heavy stuff will relax(fall) with no pressure in system , prepare for this to happen (blocking, chaining)

Machine is Quivering while excersisng

follow this steps and fix it. God bless you
Use a flat screwdriver to unseat the tabs that hold the front top cover in place. This will expose the flywheel and pedal arm connection points. Rotate the flywheel by hand and determine whether lubrication will accomplish the repairs. If the bearings are exposed, use a grease gun with an extension nozzle and lubricate both bearings with lithium grease. If the bearings are damaged or sealed, proceed to the next step.

2

Remove the front and side covers on the main frame. Hold the flywheel with one hand and use a box wrench to loosen the bolts that secure the pedal arms at each side of the flywheel. Pull the arms away from the flywheel and remove the bearings from each side.

3

Test the bearings as before. Lubricate exposed bearings with lithium grease and reinstall them. Sealed bearings must be replaced. Reattach the pedal arms to the flywheel. Replace the main frame covers and front top cover to complete the repairs.
Lubrication

1

Detach the ends of the pedals from the crank axles. Spread a layer of machine grease over the crank axles, then reattach the ends of the pedals.

2

Remove the bolts connecting the pedals to the swing arms. Detach the pedals from the arms, then spread a layer of machine grease over the axles on the swing arms. On some models, the bolts may also serve as the axles. Reattach the pedals to the arms.

3

Remove the bolts connecting the swing arms to the elliptical's upright. Detach the swing arms from the upright, then spread a layer of machine grease over the axles on the upright. Reattach the arms to the upright.
Drive Belt

1

Remove the screws or bolts securing the ends of the pedals to the crank axles. Slide the ends of the pedals off the axles. Remove any screws or bolts securing the left and right disc shields to the base unit. Pull or pry the disc shields off the base unit and set them aside.

2

Remove any screws or bolts securing the left and right side shields to the base unit. Detach the side shields and set them aside. Examine the interior of the base unit and locate the drive belt.

3

Pull the drive belt free of the crank pulley, flywheel and any other pulleys. Discard the old drive belt and install a new belt in its place. Turn the crank axles by hand to confirm that the belt will turn smoothly when the device is in use.

My Hp colorlaserjet 37ooDN is showing the error : 59.C0 Pl. HELP

Hi,
59.C0 Error Displayed on Control Panel Remove all the print cartridges from the printer so the right swing guide will be visible and check for the parts described in the photos below.
If the right side swing guide does not go all the way back, the 59.C0 alienation error will be displayed on the control panel. A plastic part on the swing guide could be missing.
See photo below where the three circles are on the right side of the printer.
Figure 1: Right swing arm assembly
37001See photo for details of the part. Call-out 1 in the photo below shows the parts in place, while Call-out 2 shows the missing part. (The part looks like an upside-down t.)
Figure 2: Missing part causing 59.C0 error
370021 - Part in place
2 - Part missing
Another cause for a 59.C0 error can be the black sliding lock is broken, out of place, or missing the spring. (See figure below) This can cause 59.C0 errors or 10.92.XX errors.
Figure 3: Right swing frame assembly
37003Replace the swing guide. Please look for the missing part in the printer so it will not cause other issues from movement to other parts of the printer.
If the part in the call-out is present, close the door slowly and observe the right side swing arm. It should close uniformally with the left side swing arm. If not, arrange for service on the printer and replace the right swing arm.

Error 59 co in 5550DN

Hello thanks for using fixya

59 C0 error code usually affects the printer motor. The problem can range from a couple of issues that occur within the printer's motor. It can also be a cartridge issue. Depending on the printer and which manual the user is referring to, the solution to fix this error varies.
  1. Error code 59 C0 due to problems with printer motor
  2. Error code 59 C0 due to problems with cartridges
  3. Error code 59 C0 due to broken back sliding lock

Error code 59 C0 due to problems with printer motor:
This is referred to as "developing disengaging motor rotation error" Most likely, this problem points to an issue with the function of the DC controller either it has failed or it has affected the developing disengaging assembly. The solution is quite simple and you may fix the error in a matter of few steps.
The first step is to reconnect the J16 connectors that are used for the developing disengaging motor to the J1100 connectors that are used for the DC controller PCB (that is the printer circuit board of the DC controller). After connecting these two connectors to each other, you must replace the developing disengaging drive assembly directly. The final step is to replace the DC controller PCB, after which the printer is to be recalibrated.

Error code 59 C0 due to problems with cartridges:
Another more complex problem that leads to the 59 C0 error code is a problem with the cartridges. You must first remove all the printer cartridges in order to view the right swing guide. Once these have been removed, you must check for certain parts in the printer, which mostly resemble upside-down. If you finds that the swing guide does not move all the way backwards, then the most likely problem is a missing plastic component of the swing guide. This part also resembles an upside-down T.

Error code 59 C0 due to broken back sliding lock
Another problem that may cause the error to display is when the black sliding lock is broken out of place or missing its spring. If any of these cases, you must replace the swing guide completely. You should attempt to locate the missing piece within the printer so that it does not cause further problems in it. If the swing guide does function properly, then gently close the door, paying close attention to the right side of the printer's swing arm.If the right side swing arm closes in the same manner as the left side swing arm, then your printer is functioning just fine and you may simply need to turn it off to fix the error. If the right swing arm does not close properly, then the machine should be serviced by a professional to fix the problem.

I hope this solution will helpful 4 u
Please keep thumbs up in do Rating if it is helpful
THANKS & Keep Using fixya

Printer error 59.99

This could be the problem / answer.

0.gif Re: 3500 giving 59.99 error *SOLVED!* by alkemyst (4/10/08 8:16 AM) reply + / - I was reading about the error and another user had an issue with the swing guide plastic falling into the pickup assembly...the swing arm on this printer has in similar shape with the plastic being brittle (I had to use new larger self-tapping screws to fix it properly).

I did this this morning, it only took about 20 mins and was my first time doing this beyond the swingarm guide and removing the Image Drive assembly which gave me some practice :). It's really an easy job IMHO if you have the HP manual downloaded.

Took off the right cover, the right swing arm, left swing arm (probably not needed), the swing rod guide, the unclipped the harnesses on the pick up/feed assembly as well as unloomed the harness and the 5 screws that hold it. Then two more on the solenoid behind it and a cable or two...then that gear that was right off the solenoid had a visible offending piece of plastic, this step is page 224 in the repair manual, steps 16-19 ish, the double gear assembly that is there when you remove the pickup solenoid had the sliver of plastic from the swing arm assembly between the two gears.

Prints great again. The swing arm assembly seems to be falling apart on alot of these...may explain the large amount of 59.99 errors being reported lately.
