Why is my jabra no longer charging when plugged into an outlet?
There are a few obvious things to check:
- Is the outlet working, GFI reset or does the GFI popup when you plug in?
- Is the USB charger working? These can fail, sometimes the light will work anyway but does not charge a device.
- Check the cable you are using. These go bad often. Sometimes the cable only works intermittently and it appears to charge and then stop.
All things can go defect. But to find out if it is your charger, cable connector or the battery you have to look very close. Perhaps you even try another charger and or try to charge an other headset.
When you are using this one for a couple of years now, day by day, perhaps it is time to start saving for a new one?

The first dude is an idiot! The battery is toast go buy a headset that isn't as old as this Jabra! I also have the issue & no didn't plug it in wrong...it only goes one way! Mine sat for a few years unused & now will not charge...You can get newer headsets pretty cheap! Look around!

Your battery is no good. If you've had it for a while then the battery's life has been used up. All rechargable batteries have a certain amount of times they can be discharged and recharged. Once that amount is met end of battery. If it is new then send it back for a replacement.
