I just replaced the LCD in my Kodak EasyShare753. I removed all of the screws that I could find, but still couldn't get the case apart. I finally found that the selector knob on the top of the camera has to be rotated to the SCN position. The lower part of the knob is slotted so that the camera case easily slides apart once the slot is pointing in the right direction.
