How do i unfreeze my zeepad

Yours is an earlier edition. Mine is a 4.2, but I think they are similar. As soon as you see the lock show you need to slide it to unlock and then it takes a few moments to go to the home screen. Are you able to do that much? If not, then I am not sure what else to do. Sometimes when my laptop freezes I take the battery out and wait a few moments and put it back in and that solves it's problem, might work with the zeepad too. Worth a try!

How do you stop the screen from flipping?
in settings there is a section that you can turn auto rotate off you need to do this if you want it to stop rotating , you might be able to access the setting from dragging the menu bar from top of screen down like on a samsung

Then turn on the tablet.

Why is the screen white when i turn it on?
Boot loader failure its a common symptom with tablets 9 out of 10 tablets i repair have this fault freezing on the boot screen because the operating system is corrupt file missing i would never buy any tablet than an ipad you pay for what you get really. You can try and upload an os replacement if you can but its very technical if its out of warranty you will probably pay 60 pounds at a shop to have it repaired so its basically a doorstop unless you have any IT friends.
