My bluetooth wont pair, the light wont even come on, is it broken or am i doing something wrong?

Can you confirm if you are able to put the BTH220 headphones in pairing mode. Please try the following steps and see if works:

1. Make sure that the headphones are fully charged.
   
2. Switch off the headphones.
   
3. Put the headphones in pairing mode by pressing the MFB button (center) for 7-10 secs till you see the red and blue LED blinking alternatively. Please do not leave the button as soon as blue LED appears.
   
4. Follow the operating instruction of your Bluetooth device to start the pairing process.
   

try removing the pairing to your phone and pair again. If this does not work try pairing your headset to another phone and if it does it on that phone then something is wrong with the earpiece return for repairs if under warranty or if you are willing to pay for the repairs if out of warranty or replace ear piece all together as they are reasonably priced these days. If the ear piece works fine the other phone something has gone wrong with the bluetooth side of your phone return for repairs or replace depending on what you can afford to do. I hope this helps.

The headset has to be in learning mode first for any phone to find it, press and hold the power on button for 8 seconds until the power light comes on and stays on then search for it with your phone, pairing code can be 0000

Hold round center button for 10 seconds, light will stay on and be in pairing mode.

you need to reset your bluetooth to factory setting.

to reset, press and hold the call button while turning it on.. you'll see the light will flash and ready to pair.

Can you pair the voyager with anything?

Are you putting the bluetooth headset into pair mode correctly?

Hold down the connect button on headset until steady purple light comes on, then open the boom.

Search for Bluetooth devices on the phone. When asked for a pin, use "0000". Now the H700 will show up in the Bluetooth device list, but it will not connect. Put the headset in pairing mode again, this time go to the h700 listed on the phone and select connect. Now the devices will work as normal. When you open the boom on the h700, it will connect to the phone.

Well it could be one of two things. Either there is something wrong with your phone holding the connection to your bluetooth or there is something wrong with the bt device. Test this by pairing up the bluetooth earpiece with a different device. What kind of phone are you using to pair the device up with??

I will take a guess that you are trying to pair with something other than a bluetooth headset. The iPhone cannot connect (even though it may pair okay) to other phones, headphones, or any device other than a bluetooth headset. This feature is intentionally crippled by Apple.

If my assumption is wrong, please provide additional information about what exactly you are trying to do (and with what) to get your problem resolved.
