Could be one of two things. Internet download speed is to slow. Or your computer doesn't have enough memory.
Anything that is active on your internet connection all share the same bandwidth. If you already have errors on the line due to a bad line coming into your home or electromagnetic interference to a WIFI connection in your home this will impact your NETFLIX service. I would start by closing off WIFI service on all your devices except for the device from which you are watching NETFLIX. If this works for you than you are causing your own bandwidth sharing issues. Check with your internet service provider to see if you can get a higher level of service into your home. If you are still having problems with nothing else on the connection I would, check to see the level of service you have coming into your home and if it is adequate ask to have you line checked for errors. They may have to come and re-provision the service into your house. If this appear to be o.k. then check your router. It may need upgrading. Look at the following article to try and further pinpoint where in your network things are not working properly.

Many of these devices download a constant stream of data. First, how far is the device that uses Netflix from your wireless router? Your wireless signal strength isn't the same throughout your house. Second, how old is your wireless router? This is what an old one did at my house, before it died.
Also, which versions of wireless does your wireless router support? 802.11n is used by most modern devices, and some use 802.11ac. Not only are these bands far faster than the older wireless bands, they also support more data to more devices.
I promise that Netflix didn't suddenly ruin your wireless device. It just made the problems you already had more noticeable.

I have that plan and can connect all of my devices at once. My Fiance can also connect while I'm watching. I think it will just depend on your internet speed as far as connecting your devices.
