I had instagram before, and I accidentally deleted it the other day, now i'm trying to redownload & it wont let me. It says open next to the app, and even when I try to open it, it wont.. I've restarted my phone, I've connected it to my computer and everything.. What else is there to do?

Log in to your Instagram account and click help centre on the left side. there will be five a lot of options click on " MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNTS" then click on "DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT".

1. Go to the Delete Your Account page. If you're not logged into Instagram on the web, you'll be asked to log in first. You can't delete your account from within the Instagram app.
2. Select an option from the drop-down menu next to Why are you deleting your account? and re-enter your password. The option to permanently delete your account will only appear after you've selected a reason from the menu.
3. Click or tap Permanently delete my account.

If you'd like to delete a different account, click the username in the top-right of the Delete Your Account page, tap/click on next to username and select Log Out. Log back into the account you want to delete and follow the directions above.

1. Go to http://instagram.com/ & sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, then create one.
2. Download "Instagram App" on your iPhone from the Apple App store & launch it.
3. Open "Instagram app" on your iPhone.
4. Tap "Explore" tab located at the bottom on the screen.
5. Select the photo which you want to save.
6. Tap "... (3 horizontal dots)" located bottom of the photo.
7. Tap "Copy Link" button.
8. Open your phone's browser and paste the link to open the photo's webpage.
9. Tap & hold the photo. A pop up window opens up.
10. Select "Save image" option.
11. Other people's Instagram photo will now be saved to iPhone.

there are 2 different ways to delete an App:
1) t's easy to delete apps from the iPad. Simply tap and hold on the Instagram icon for about 2 seconds - see the icons to start to wiggle and tap the X button in the left corner. that's it.
2) For devices running iOS 5 and later, there is also another way to do this is hidden in the Settings app, in the General tab, under: usage.
- you can manage the apps on your iOS device. Once there, you'll notice (after a certain delay if you have a lot of apps) that your on-board apps are listed in descending size order. That means: the apps that take up a lot of space will be listed first.
Tap on any app and you'll get even more info, including the version, the size of the app and the size of the Documents & Data. Just below that, you'll have a Delete App button in red. At the very bottom, you'll see how much space is available on the device itself.
Deleting apps that take up too much space is helpful when you're trying to install new apps, You may even notice apps that have a lot of storage attached to them that you weren't even aware of before like internet radio apps that sync songs to your device to play during the time you're not connected to the internet.
-- however, there are some core apps belonging to the iOS system and cannot be deleted like 'clock', 'calendar', 'contacts' etc.

tap on the 3 little dots next to the picture to delete them in the app
