yeah.,samsung have one year warranty, but if the defect was on the customer negligence i dont think it will cover in warranty.,

hi for a total handset replacement if u are in warranty period u can claim this with the purchase bill in any of the sony ericsson authorised showrooms.. and they will replace u with new handset... thank u rate me!!!
