You can use the Local Storage Settings panel to let future applications from this website store information on your computer without asking you for permission each time. To display the Local Storage panel:
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh) the application image while it is running.
From the context menu, select Settings, and then click the Local Storage tab.
Usually, computer is slow and this is due to programs start when Windows start. and you have an option to stop them from starting. there is always an option to open the programs on the computer. Here are the steps to Disable programs:
Step 1: click on start
Step 2: click on "run" or "start search"
Step 3: type "msconfig" then hit enter
Step 4: on the system configuration window. click on startup tab: then click on disable all.
Step 5: click on apply
Step 6: click close : then click on restart..
In some cases a permission window pop up would appear, just click ok.. then after the restart , your system should be running a bit faster.. Now select the option to change how users log on to Windows. Options appear, I want you to select the option to enable administrative rights. Once selected click Apply followed by ok. Usually because you didn't shut windows down properly before turning your computer off or completely draining your battery. If that is the case then simply select start windows normally and as long as you follow the correct shut down procedure it shouldn't happen again. If it does there may be a problem with your windows instalation.
The blue screen is extremely irritating I'll admit to you. Usually it happens when Windows doesn't want to comply with some hardware/software that is being run. I know this happens every time I plug in my webcam.
Try this:
In your start menu search bar type in: msconfig
Open MSCONFIG
Under the startup tab, click to disable all. This will prevent any third party software on your computer from interfering with Windows, giving you a blue screen.
