Printer problem Error & drum light both on. Replaced drum but get same results

1.Remove the drum unit and toner cartridge. Wait 1 or 2 minutes.
2.Replace the drum unit and toner cartridge into printer.
3.The Drum LED continues to blink if the drum counter was not reset when you replaced the drum. We need to reset this now!
4.Open the front cover of the printer
5.Press and hold down Go button for about 4 seconds until all the LEDs light up.
6.Once all 4 LEDs are lit, release the Go button
7.Close the front cover.
8.Your drum is now reset.

Printer indicates toner and error light have replaced imaging drum and toner still lite

if the imaging drum has been replaced already, you may have to reset the counter for it. To reset its counter, press and hold the CANCEL button cancel_button_0.jpg until all lights flash in sequence, after that, you may need to turn off and turn on the printer and test it again..

Will not print the error light and the drum light flash. Replaced drum but still will not print and error light and the drum lights still flash.

The drum counter will have to be reset, Use the following steps.

1. Open the front door.
2. Press and hold the cancel button (x button) until all the lights flash in in order.
3. Then close the front cover.

This will reset the drum counter so that you can continue to print.

The drum light comes on and printer stops

The error that you are giving me, is that the drum needs to be replaced. Replace the drum, and follow instructions in the package to reset the counter.

Dell 1700 laser printer has Low toner and error lights flashing

Leave the printer on. Open the front and hold down the cancel button until all the lights are flashing in sequence. Close the front while still holding the cancel with the lights flashing and then release the cancel button. This should reset it.

Drum Error Light

Yes, the DRUM UNIT has reached the end of its life and must be replaced. You can order a new one from BROTHER,or a local office supply store may have it in stock. It is easy to replace, instructions are included, and when the new one is installed, the DRUM ERROR LIGHT will turn off , and the machine will be ready to use.

Dell 1710 lights

You need to replace the drum and toner to correct the issue. That's the sign of the drum at its end of life.
