On your home screen tap the the app button,then tap the screen saver app. Tap Enable Screensaver to turn the screensaver mode on or off. Then remove the check to "service enable" check box.

I ordered a Zeepad 7DRK from Nomorerack.com it did the same thing. I emailed [email protected] and was sent back a response that basically gave me instructions to return my Zeepad 7DRK.
