Our Thermador Freezer door seals so hard after being opened that you can't open it again. Why? Also Sometimes after opening it makes this weird gurling/bubbly noise.

thermodynamics: pressure differential when warm air cools causing a difference in pressure. after closing a freezer wait until the pressure equalizes usually within 10-15 seconds then reopen the freezer. as far as the gurgling this is normal. it is the drain tube usually a J type tube that prevents warm air from returning into the freezer.

My freezer drawers are very warm All food defrosted smells horrible even after cleaning. Should I clean condensor, temp is not cooling?

It is likely the condenser fan is not functioning, or the condenser is dirty. You may need to open the compressor access panel to check. If you can hear the compressor running, and the condenser feels warm, the fan should be running. If it isn't, it probably needs to be replaced. Another symptom is the area around the doors feels warm.

The side of the freezer stays hot all the time. I think the defrost cycle is on all the time

The sides are warm because the coils that used to be in back or underneath are now inside the walls of the freezer. It is normal for them to be warm when the unit is on.Hope this helps.

Frigidaire frostlfree upright freezer ice forming top interior door

Not sealing. warm air hitting cold air causing frost. also, door frame heater may not be working. most frames are "warm" to the touch. normally called an "anti sweat" heater.

Refrigerator freezer

Hi bb
The warming of the fridge is not to worry thing and about the freezer you should do some defrosting work time and again .
this would help in defreezing a bit .

and if you want it to get less warm turn it off for a little time.

Leakage and warm sides

The outsides should will be warm.  This is normal because the condensor lines run thru the cabinet from about half way up the sides and over the top.  Which is why the you shouldn't have anything stacked on top of the freezer and enough room on the sides of it for air flow.  As far as the water leak, tell me exactly where you see the water and does the bottom of the freezer (inside) have a sheet of ice on it.  If there is ice there then the drain behind the bottom panel in the freezer is frozen over and will have to be thawed out.  Let me know what you find.  If you have further questions I may need the entire model # on the sticker inside the freezer.
