Sounds like software error. An update might be necessary. You just refer its user manual, and see whether there is any instruction to do a factory reset. as far as I know, this option comes under its service manual. The service manual to this TV hasn't been published yet. It will be best contact the authorized service center for assistance. Just visit these sites.

Try Pairing procedure:

1. TV off
2. Bring remote within 3 feet of TV
3. Push Pairing button (Paper Clip or other pointed object in button hole)
4. Turn on TV
5. Should be paired. Try remote channel or other buttons.
6. If not, try 2 more times.
7. If still not working, push RESET button first and repeat Pairing.
