The actual term is C L S M that means Controlled Low Strength Material. It is a method of making concrete that is used to fill in areas where compacted dirt would normally be used but the risk of sinking dirt would be a danger.

If I clean up concrete contaminated by a post-1987 spill pursuant to state clean-up standards, can I continue to use the concrete? If not, what are the requirements?

You may use non-liquid materials such as concrete that were contaminated with PCBs $50 ppm provided the materials are decontaminated in accordance with a PCB disposal approval, or an applicable PCB spill cleanup policy, . The decontamination standard for concrete is <10 µg/100 cm² and requires that cleanup be initiated within 72 hours of the spill. If the state cleanup met these standards, you may continue to use the concrete. http://www.qjpcb.com/ Skype : wang.michelle35

How to get rid of diesel oil stain on concrete floor? Last week, a leakage happened from the nozzle of the diesel tank after some sloppy maintenance works on the nozzle. The diesel dripped onto the...

If detergent and scrubbing is not working try a solvent ... but if that does work directly on the stain go the next step and create a poultice by saturating an absorptive material (such as kitty litter or sawdust) with a strong solvent (acetone, xylene, lacquer thinner, or MEK) and then smearing the material over the stain. Cover the poultice with plastic, and let the process of osmosis take over. The solvent will break down the oil, and the absorptive material will suck it out of the concrete. Part of the challenge with oil related stains in concrete is that the material has migrated below the surface into the concrete. The poultice process does takes time and may not be cost-effective or practical for removing large stains.

How do you fix a dip and crack in garage concrete? Our garage has a crack and is dipping down.

The highway department fixes this by drilling a hole and then pumping concrete under the concrete until it lifts up.

I suggest you contact local concrete company to see who does this type of pumping. I've seen them fix driveways.

Don't know how much it costs.
