I bought a leap frog xdi ultra used and don't know the 4 digit lock code and I didn't set it up so I don't know what email address was used. How can I access the parental controls to set up wifi?

Possibly call Support at the numbers shown on the manufacturer web site. (I am not posting phone numbers on FIXYA, because so many fraudulents spam postings here with phone numbers are malicious.)
