Fusing unit rotation error
The fusing belt sensor does not detect change in the actuator for 0.5
seconds after the fusing/paper exit motor has turned on.
* Defective fusing/paper exit motor
* Deformed actuator for the fusing belt sensor
* Defective fusing belt sensor
* Broken connection between IH inverter and IOB
* Incorrectly set fusing unit
1. Check if the fusing unit is correctly set.
2. Check or replace the actuator for fusing belt sensor.
3. Replace the fusing belt sensor.
4. Replace the IH inverter.
5. Check the connection between IH inverter and IOB.

How do I solve SC 681-08 on Ricoh Aficio MP C3001 Printer?
Try replacing the power cable that goes from the wall to the machine.The type of power cable used in the MP C3000 & C4500 has a hard plastic insert where it plugs into the machine that can get damaged by impact and short out. Also try checking the wall socket to verify that it is completely plugged in.
Worse case scenario it could be an I/O board.
If you have a contract with Ricoh, I would suggest placing a service call for them to come out and look at the machine.

I have inserted 2 new toner cartridges in my Ricoh Aficio MP C4500 and both times the message has come up "the following toner has been depleted"
Recheck if you removed the tape that's covering the ink hole on each toner.
Also clean the ink hole areas on the printer too with a piece of cloth/paper and some alcohol.
Last idea is to look for resetting the entire printer.

How to print envelopes aficio ricio mp c4500
On an MP-C4500, envelopes must be printed using the bypass tray (the fold-out tray on the right hand side). Put the envelope in face-down and tighten the two fences so the envelope is snug.

When printing the envelope, make sure the print driver is set for the correct envelope size. If envelopes tend to jam in the printer, try setting the bypass paper type for thick paper.
