Question about Epson Stylus CX3200 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Cannot get reset to work and red light does not go off, cannot get error message off, no paper jam, just no response at all - all I wanted to do was to clean the head and the error came on. Is there a simple fix to getting my Epson Stylus CX3200 to working again?

By pulling the paper out backwards your sister may have caused a gear to jump. You could try pulling a piece of paper out in the other direction and maybe the gear will jump back into place. Otherwise you will probably have to have the printer serviced.

Please follow the steps below to resolve your issue.
1) Turn off the printer.
2) Lift the scanner cover.
3) Toggle the transportation lock five times, ensuring that it is in the unlocked position, towards the back of the scanner.
4) Turn on the printer, and the error should be cleared.
