well..sounds like perhaps the control board is having a fit..unplug it first, let it discharge(usually around 4 min) and then have a go at it again. Does this occur on all cycles?

Most likely you will need to insure that you have hooked up the fill hoses to the appropriate input. The inputs on the back off the washer are marked H or C for hot and cold. Double check that the hot water faucet and hose is connected to the input marked H and the cold faucet and hose are connected to the C input. This should repair the problem.
If not..

For further trouble shooting, I will need the model number. It should be found under the lid or on the back of the unit.

replace the electronic control board inside rear left corner its defective

depends on the unit,some units can hurt you real bad,takes special equip. to trouble shoot correctly.Ive worked on welders for years.
