Question about HP PAVILION SLIMLINE S7520N AMD Turion 64, 1.86 GHz, 1024MB, 200GB, DVD-RW/CDRW Combo Drive, Slimlin... (EX259AA#ABA) PC Desktop
Last week (24/06/2009) my HP Pavillion slimline running Vista loaded 2 MS Windows patches. After restarting, the Vista interface would not appear, just the white mouse cursor on a black screen, instead of the desktop UI. The boot process worked fine up until the desktop is supposed to appear. I haven't made a system recovery disk, and safe mode start up ends results in the same issue. Anyone know how I can roll back the patches and hopefullly resolve this issue?
Reboot the computer and then press f10 this should get you a screen with a text line that says safe mode, with net or command scroll down to last settings that worked and try that ps. you really need to make a recovery disk. its that important.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
