My daughter has an 18inch sanyo led-lcd..model:22XF11F..it was on channel 2..she picked up remote and accidently pushd a button but doesnt know which one and now channel 1&2has disappeared aswell as channel 7which is chan2 anyway..juat difrnt time..aslo teletxt has disappeared too!!we have re tuned it manualy and auto...stil cant get it back!!dont have a manual so can u help?

use the menu button on the side of the tv
that brings up the screen menu
using the channel and volume buttons move around until you find aspect ratio
find the one that fits the screen and press the menu button to save and exit
it could be a pixel setting so find pixel settings while the menu is on the scree and adjust to the correct pixel setting
there are plenty of remotes for tv units on e-bay
all you have to do is select one that is for sanyo led/lcd tv's and read the details to see it it works your model tv

Many TVs require a remote control to access any function other than Vol+/-,Ch +/-

If you cant' get a band of channels it sounds like a bad main board

On the remote that came with your TV, press the Display button, which is directly below the Volume Up button. Pressing it once displays the channel number and time, pressing it twice displays the channel number continuously, you must have accidently pressed the Display button twice. Just press it once more to remove the display.

Check user guide. Unlock the child lock

It's only thru your remote. try fixing your remote control.
Take off the battery, open the back of your remote, lift the circuit board, clean the green painted part with cotton balls slightly damp with rubbing alcohol as well as the black thingy behind your remote pad, let it dry put it back together, replace with a new battery and try if it works.

Some TVs switch faster than others, plain and simple. I went from a Sony LED to a Sanyo LCD TV and there's a world of difference between the two in terms of how quickly each powers on and how fast one channel goes to the next after inputting the channel number on the respective remotes. The Sony is lightening fast compared to the Sanyo. I have a Phillips LCD in a bedroom that takes a long time as well, like the Sanyo. Personally I think you get speed with either the LED (over the LCD) and/or it's related to the quality and associated price you've paid.

If it has a MENU button, press it and use the volume up and down to manipulate the choices, press menu again when you get to channel setup. you want AIR if using off air or Cable for cable. Next screen should say start and press menu again, the channels will start to cycle. If htat doesnt do it, you have a new model than the one I just did tonight. OneForall remotes will probably not have the setup button you need to autoprogram. Best bet is to find a Sanyo made universal remote or other Sanyo remote on Ebay as alot of the buttons are proprietary to manufacturer. Some TV's are useless without their own remote if not on a external tuner (cable SAT or digital)

I too just bought an RCA remote for the same television. The button to access other video screens is the A/B button on mine (next to the last channel button).
