How do I do a hard start on a HDS 8 I did a soft start and that did not work

Here are the amounts - in teaspoons of water:

Soft Boiled Eggs
4 tsp 6 soft
5 tsp 5 soft
6 tsp 3 soft
7 tsp 1 soft

Medium Boiled Eggs
7 tsp 7 med
8 tsp 6 med
9 tsp 5 med
10 tsp 3 med
11 tsp 2 med
12 tsp 1 med

Hard Boiled Eggs
14 tsp 7 hard
15 tsp 6 hard
17 tsp 5 hard
18 tsp 4 hard
20 tsp 3 hard
21 tsp 2 hard
23 tsp 1 hard

Fuel problem. Make sure there is adequate pressure and that the float in the carb is good

For a 'soft' reset, turn the unit off. Press and hold 'Pages', Press and release 'Power'. Release 'Pages' when the waiver appears. This reset preserves data.
For a 'hard' reset, turn the unit off. Press and hold 'Zin' and 'Zout'. Press and release 'Power'. Release all when the waiver appears. This reset clears all data.
