The red high temp light is permanently on

Adjust the temperature control for the freezer to a normal setting. Fast freeze is only for when new products are put in that need to be frozen. This locks the system into a continuous run mode and could be responsible for the freezing condition in the refrigerator section. Check the temperatures with a thermometer as the sensor for the freezer temperature could be bad causing the light to come on.

sum fans only kick on if cold enough
if the whole evap is frosted up u have a defrost problem
if frost is only partial u need to throw it out cause it either has a bad compressor or freon leak
check your fan by compressor and make sure coil isnt filthy too

This will work in most all cases of this type. You need a piece of copper wire, 14 guage, 12 to 16 inches. You can shortin it as you need to Turnoff the power to the fridge. Rap one end of the wire around the evaprorator heater and feed the othe end down the drain tube. This wire will heat up when the heater comes on and will supply heat down into the drain tube hopefully preventing the drain from freezing.

The red warning light will not go out?
1. Has the fridge freezer just been
installed? If so, this is normal and the
light will go out when the correct
temperature has been reached.
2. Has the fridge freezer been loaded
with a large quantity of food? If so,
the light will go out when the correct
temperature has been reached.
3. Have the doors been closed
properly?

I had this problem and it was fixed relatively easily. Get everything out of your fridge freezer and switch it off overnight to allow it to defrost.
In the bottom freezer compartment there is a panel behind the draws which you can remove but you will need a special tool from a DIY shop. Its like an allen key, but with a star shaped end.
When I got the panel off I found that the filament was covered thick with ice even though it had been off for hours. No wonder it wasn't working properly. I melted this with a hairdryer. You want to take your time with this as you could easily damage the freezer if you try chipping the ice out.
Freezer works perfectly now and is very quiet.
