I purchased on ebay two replacement fobs as my original ones fell to pieces. I would like to know how can i pair the fobs, cobra model 5556-5557 mpt1340 to the main unit which is Cobra 5701 mpt1340.

Take the vehicle and the replacement fob to a Toyota dealer for advice.

The first radio has the transmit code set improperly.

Loss of programming maybe or a faulty keyless entry module.

Either the FOB is bad or you need to program the FOB. Sometimes it will have in your owners manual how to program the FOB. You can purchase a FOB from ebay or a dealer. Usually if you purchase from Ebay, the person will tell you how to program the FOB but a dealer will charge about $100 for the FOB and $45-$75 to program it and don't forget even though they know what it is they still charge a diagnostics fee of $65+

Turn ignition key on and off around 5 times or till you here the alarm then hit the left and right button on fob till you here the alarm again then it is set. if you have 2 remotes you need to do them both at the same time.

Determine the series from the label on the back and get yourself one or a pair (preferred, so they match sonically) of new woofers and replace the broken one. Carefully observe the + and - leads and replicate them on the replacements.

Sometimes you can snag a pair of whole speakers cheaply, too. Then you might end up with one spare 301 and one for parts. I use a single 301 IV as my Rear Surround, suspended on the wall behind my seating position. They also do well as Center speakers. The Series IV is also made of some kind of plastic composite which is bullet-prrof compared to the previous particle board models. I had one hit the floor from 5 feet up and it doesn't have a scratch. Get familiar with the models as they are all different in their tweeter arrangements. For example, the IV's are designed for corner placement with one tweeter facing inward at 45 degrees and one on the opposite diagonal corner of the box facing 180 degrees opposite the front tweeter, into the corner for a bank shot.

Not knowing the brand and model # of the ear piece, I would recommend google to search the brand and model #. You can probably download a manual for your ear piece from say Plantronics.com
or Motorola.com
or Jabra.com
etc.

HI Mary As you know that most small cell phone case was made by plastic. Therefore, if you has droppd so many time, the impact causes most damage to the hinges and connector and if you love your phone then you can purchase the OEM housing on Ebay and have someone to replace it. The OEM LCD ribbon is always paired with the main LCD so if you purchase this cable, you should have the LCD as well. However, since you dropped the phone too much, it is not worth to fix if you don't know how. I can fix the phone and can replace anything in it but I still prefer to get the new one since even I know how to fix, parts and time to spend is already cost more than the new phone ususally cheap today if you need to use as a communication tool not entertainment tool or work one like PDA, Smartphone. Phone has too many time dropping will not work well one day and can die anytime. so buy a new one and keep this as replacement part. good Luck. Regards, Jospeh
