You would usually get this message when you have a faulty or weak connection to your router or internet, try checking your internet, and move your router away from dead spots(meaning areas with mass amounts of electronics like computers and tv), and move the router higher.

uplug your ethernet cord there shoud be a small button on side od router sometimes in back u might have to get a tooth pick or stick pin to push button in ok when u do this plug ethernet cord back in.

Here's a GuessYa. Make sure you have the correct and exact DNS servers. If you screw them up, you'll be able to get cached pages, but new pages or functions will crash. It's a funny thing when you find it for the first time :-)

I have the same problem. Some people says that its because of interference from other neighbors' wireless signals or any other in the surrounding etc.You can go to Router Properties and change the CHANNEL to 6 or 11 and observe any changes.
