I thought it was designed for domestic bleach at 5.25%, and looking for a solution of 50 ppm of sanitizer and rinse water. Either the elbow is blocked, or the silicone tube in the pump has collapsed. Use rubber gloves and face protection when working on chemical tubing.

What's changed? By removing the angle fitting it flows. The angle fitting may be blocked.
If you check the data plate on the machine I think you will find it preferrs 5.25% solution. Usually about 6 ml per cycle will give you 50 ppm, asuming your fill flow rate is 20 psi to give you the correct dilution. The sense boards on the back may reject the stronger solutions unless you recalibrate the board. The stronger solution , if too rich will destroy anything rubber in the pump. You may find tiny black spots everywhere, that smudge and don't come off easily. Thats you pump being eaten away.
If the chemical pump pushes fluid and then it creeps back into the bottle, your silicone tube may have collapsed in the pump. Please use hand and face protection when changing these as you will get raw bleach on your skin, and possibly splash in your face as you disconnect the fittings.

You are testing the conc. wrong do a wash cycle before rinse starts, open door get 5 cups put 4 in each corner of rack, 1 in the middle, push rack in, close door go thru rinse cycle @end open door pour 4 cups into 1 cup test the liquid in the 1 cup the p.p.m.should be 50 to 200. you cant test sant. conc. in wash water it will never register. dont forget to vote , monomoy
Bad test strips or bad sanitizer or the tube is cracked before going in the wash tank thats the only 3 reasons for that problem

We found the problem. The tube in the pump was flattened too much so it would pump when the tubing was removed but did not have enough pressure to inject the rinse stream. Replaced the tube & now the sanitizer is actually too high when tested, which is not a problem to correct.
