We recently just purchased it and had it installed. It worked fine the first few days but now it stops in the middle of a cycle until someone overrides it. We called the company and they said to restart it but we don't know how.

Sounds like you could need a new out of balance switch or bracket, also try to make the clothes evenly spread in washing machine on rinse if they clump up on one side of the bowl they will cause out of balance :)

The problem is in the pump, so it will not pump out, you will need to find another way to empty it, removing the agitator will make the job easier.
When you get the water out the pump can be accessed from underneath, it turns anticlockwise to remove it,.
I would buy a new pump as it is most likely that is all that is wrong with it.

SOURCE: washer is won't spin
Hi just read your posting. Now from the information in your posting the machine is not draining. Is this correct? Now what I need you to do is to 1st remove all the clothes from the machine and bail out the water by hand with a small pot or bucket.Only bail enough water so it does not leak out when you lean it back against the wall. Now I need you to look under the machine ,Hence the reason for bailing some of the water out, and tell if your pump is the type with a red or black fan attached to it.The pump is located under the machine to the front right. If you have this type of pump turn the fan with your hand clockwise a few times then anticlockwise a few times. This is to loosen it up if the pump is blocked. If the pump frees up and you can turn the fan easily then put the machine back upright and select a spin cycle and push the start button. Please reply and and tell me how you got on or if your pump is the one without the fan, also reply back if it does not drain and you require more help.
SOURCE: screeching noise after water starts going in
Hi just read your posting. Now put the machine to a spin cycle and push start,Does the noise happen in this cycle? If the noise doesn't happen then try a cold water fill but turn the hot tap off first. If the noise still doesn't happen then try a hot water fill but turn the cold water off first. This noise sounds like one of your water valves is faulty. Please reply with additional information on the questions and I am sure we can rectify this fault.
Testimonial: "I sent in the answers, here they are: On spin no noise. hot fill, cold off, no sound, water goes in cold fill, hot off, no sound and no water coming into the machine. Thanks for the help"
