I deleted some of the temp files of my k618i. after that no applications are working. i tried master reset but still the applications cannot be removed. new applications cannot be installed also.
It seems that now the only answer to your predicament is to install the firmware again. Because you have tried the master reset, that means that you have lost your data as it is, you have nothing to lose if you re install the firmware.
