Open the particular email on your phone, click on the image and hold until you get an option come up that asks if you want to save the image. Click on Save and it will save the photo down to your photo album. You can try to the phone transfer software. This may help you.
To put a picture from someone else page to yours you can share it or you can click the picture and right click and save it to your desktop. Then open your face book page and upload the photo from your desktop.
If you're using the Facebook iPhone app, you can look at a photo, click the "square with an arrow coming out of it" icon at the bottom left corner, and it'll have options, push "save photo" to save it to your phone. If you're using the Safari web browser for iPhone, you can save a picture by pressing the picture for a few seconds until it brings up a menu which lets you "save image".
Looking at the photo in your email, you should be able to do this by following these simple steps.
Move the mouse cursor onto the picture and Click the Right Button on your mouse.
When the drop down list appears, You should select SAVE PICTURE AS
Then you will be prompted to name the file
So, type whatever you need, Duck On Pond, Moms Bday, etc, etc...
The default file type may be set for any extention. Usually it will say .JPG
This will enable the fastest emailing, uploading if you ever want to send it to others etc...
The most important fact to remember here, when you select save pictrure and are naming the file (name of picture),
PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to where you are saving it to...
You mentioned saving it to photo album... Perhaps you already have a folder on your harddrive called photo album and that would be great.
IF NOT. The picture will most likely be saved and waiting for you in a file called Document and Settings on your main Harddrive (Harddrive C:/)
Hopefully I've made this quick simple and easy enough that you find it useful
You can add or change a profile picture in any of the following ways:
To set a photo that you or a friend has already uploaded to Facebook as your profile picture, select "Make Profile Picture" at the bottom right when you are viewing the photo.
To upload a picture that you have saved on your computer, move your mouse over your profile picture and click the pencil icon. Select "Upload a picture" from the drop-down menu and follow the on-screen directions.
To take a new profile picture using your webcam, move your mouse over your profile picture and click the pencil icon. Select "Take a picture" from the drop-down menu and follow the on-screen directions. If you choose to take a picture using your webcam, you may first have to allow your Flash player to access your webcam.
You can edit the thumbnail version of your profile picture at any time by moving your mouse over your profile picture, clicking the pencil icon, and selecting "Edit Thumbnail." If you wish, you can also remove your profile picture by moving your mouse over your profile picture, clicking the pencil icon, and selecting "Remove your Picture."
If you are having trouble adding or changing your profile picture, please note that you cannot upload a photo if it is more than three times as tall as it is wide. If you are still experiencing this problem, please report the issue here.
You have 3 choices. 1) go to the photo and drag your cursor over the link in the address bar, right click and then click "Copy". Then go to their wall and click "Paste" in the wallpost area and all they have to do is click on the link to get to the photo. 2) Go to the desired photo, right click it, and save it to your computer. Then under where you are posting on their wall, it says "Attach:" with logos of photos first, then a camcorder logo, then a gift logo, then a cause logo and then an arrow that extends to more. Click the photo icon and upload the photo you just saved. or 3) Tag the person in it, even if they're not in the photo. They can always untag it if needed. But if you need them to see it, tagging is a good way because the person will get a notification of the photo.
Please post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.
Install some program, photo editing, and learn from it. Study on the software. ACDSee may be a good software for what you need or maybe the bundled software from your printer.
