A local apple store will be happy to restore it for you.

However you can put it into DFU mode, best looking on youtube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiTcKMZfyfk)

My iphone is disabled what can I do?

This can be fix by restoring your iphone using itunes software.

To make this possible, follow this method

Download itunes : CLICK ME
Download Firmware : CLICK ME TOO (if you are familiar with the firmware version, just download the same file.

Procedure :

On your iphone, it must be in "recovery mode" so itunes recognize your iphone (now plug your iphone to the computer using usb cable), this is possible by follow this steps.

Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.

As soon as the screen goes black release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.

Who to activate a new iPhone for prepay service please let my now the best way thanks

if you are using a new iphone, you have to unbrick (activate) it first.
if you see the apple logo with the usb cable when you turn on the phone, you have to plug your iphone with the usb to the computer, but you have to download the itunes first (www.apple.com) and then click on download itunes. after you have downloaded itunes and connected your iphone thru usb to the computer, follow these steps:
1. make sure the phone in DFU mode by holding down the power and home button at the same time for about eight seconds, until the screen turns off. Keep holding it down. then release holding the power and home button after 5 seconds
2. Hold the home button until you see a pop-up in iTunes telling you that your iPhone is in restore mode and must be restored. The popup should appear within 30 seconds after releasing the power button.
3. Hold the home button until you see a pop-up in iTunes telling you that your iPhone is in restore mode and must be restored. ThIS popup should appear within 30 seconds after releasing the power button.
  • 4. Click OK on the pop-up message and wait for another message that tells you t hat the iPhone is safe to unplug from the computer

  • *** if you unbrick your phone, restoring will erase all data and any apps you had on it before. MAKE SURE to sync and backup your phone in iTunes frequently. You can retrieve information lost during the restore process with the latest backup you did in iTunes

regarding the prepaid issue, in some countries, there are restrictions that the prepaid sim is not allowed, it is best to contact your service provider if the network allows the use of a prepaid sim card on an iphone

Some of the advice from the reply from Joed911 is correct. I used to work tech support for Apple Care on the iPhone, and I can tell you that there is no link in iTunes that say's "Unlock your iPhone" THESE ARE YOUR OPTIONS .............. 1) Your daughter can remember the password she set. 2) You will need to restore his iPhone using iTunes. *** Assuming # 1 is not an option I have instructions on how to restore his iPhone. Restoration of iPhone to original factory defaults will fix your problem, with the downside that all data and information stored on your phone will be lost. Normally iTunes will make a backup automatically when you connect and sync the iPhone with the program, however, it?s still a good recommendation to copy out and backup everything that you may need on the phone before proceed to restore the iPhone. To manually back up his iphone: ~Connect to itunes , on the left side of the itunes page you will see the iphone icon. ~ Right click the iphone icon ( under devices) and choose back-up from the drop down box. To restore iPhone and reset the phone to default factory settings, follow these steps: ***Easiest way to restore his iPhone: (this will work if his iphone is recognized in iTunes under devices) ~ Just left click on the iPhone icon under devices in itunes , ~ under the summary pane you will the option to restore his iphone. ~ click "RESTORE IPHONE" ~ wait for the process to finish restoration . ***** If his iPhone is not recognized in itunes under devices you will not see the iPhone icon. In this case you will need to restore with this method. 1. Turn off iPhone ? Hold down the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the red slider. Ignore this step if your iPhone is already off. 2. Press and hold down the Home button for about 10 seconds until a yellow triangle with a text which says Please Connect to iTunes appears. iPhone Recovery Mode 3. Plug the iPhone into Mac or Windows PC. Release the button if you haven?t. 4. Run and open iTunes if it?s not already opened yet. 5. iTunes will prompt a message that says iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. Click OK. 6. You will be taken to the iPhone pane. Then, click on Restore. 7. Wait for the full restoration process to complete, and the iPhone will be back to the original settings. AFTER RESTORING THE IPHONE YOU CAN >>>RIGHT CLICK IPHONE AGAIN UNDER DEVICES AND CHOOSE RESTORE FROM BACK-UP TO REPLACE SOME OF HIS INFO PREVIOUSLY ON THE IPHONE. Hope this was helpful , and Good Luck !! Teresa

My daughter set a password for son's iphone 3G and she cannot remember the password, can someone advice me how to unlock the phone

Plug it into iTunes with it at the unlock screen. Somewhere it should say "Unlock your iPhone" or something like that in iTunes. Click it. Otherwise do a restore by going to the screen where it shows how much memory you have used up in iTunes and click restore.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response. Thanks, Joe

How can i open apple i phone model no A 1203 without passcode..???what is common pass code in apple i phone A1203..??pl tell me....i really need some ones help..pl...

If you forgotten the pass-code on the iphone, usually the only option is to restore the iphone.
By default, Itunes is not going to give you the option to restore when you plug your iphone in. What you will have to do is to put that iphone in recovery mode.
Restoring your iphone will delete everything on your iphone! -Hold down the top button and the home button of the iphone together until you see a silver apple logo -when you see the silver apple logo let go of the top button of the iphone and keep holding on to the bottom button of the iphone until you see a usb plug with an up arrow going into itunes -plug into itunes and it will detect a phone in recovery mode -click ok -click restore -click restore and update
I Hope this Helps! Good luck!

My iphone 3gs willnot on and not show me the apple logo

Instead of trying to update when you connect to iTunes you should try to restore the phone completely.

You can find the restore button in the lower right hand corner of your screen. If iTunes asks if you want to update click cancel. You just want to restore.

If it is still not turning on after it reappears in iTunes you should take it to Apple if it is still under warranty they will exchange it for you.
