Based off the information you have provided you are hearing a squeaking noise during the wash rinse cycle on your Frigidaire washer. You could be hearing the noise from your motor during that operation, this is normal. To remove the agitator all that ya need to do is grab the bottom edges of it and pull it straight up and out..if locked onto a hub under it and is just held to that hub by several tabs

Hopefully you removed the packing bolts on the back of the machine, there is 4 bolts that hold the drum from moving during shipping.

Loks that your machine is pretty old and hence the belt has hardened making a squeaking noise.
Good fix is get a new drive belt.
OR
Quick fix is you could put some oil on the drive belt..... it will work for now but not a permenant solution.

That sounds like a clutch problem - probably just worn and need replacement. Will definitely need to pull to find exact fault.

very possible if squeaks in agitation top springs that hold tub needs greased under spring & plastic shield under spring. had same problem on big front loaders whirlpool

I suggest u buy another washing machine. This one's had it!

check your underwears for missing metal parts.sometimes the ...bras missing metal parts
