My samsung eternity will not turn on. please help

You need to try Silica Gel Packets to dry out your phone. There was a good article on associatedcontent.com that explains how to dry a wet cell phone, iPods, or any electronics.

You need to place your cell phone in a zip lock bag with Silica Gel Packets. Silica Gel will remove all the moisture from the phone and its components, something air drying will not do!

after it got wet and you tried to turn it on, most likely you will need a new hardware, since some circuits got short. but after getting it wet and you did not turn it on and make sure its dry(inside out) there is a big chance that it will turn on as normal. try to put in a box with rice for a 3 days or so, rice will absorb the moisture from your phone.

phone can be fixed.

The water that entered the phone has stayed in the phone for too long and it has affected the screen of the phone.

Even till now the water has not fully dried up in the phone and it might still get some other damages if not serviced to dry up the remaining water in it.

Unscrew the phone and use a methylated spirit and a brush to wash of the board of the phone.

After washing the board of the phone, put it under something to heat the board to dry faster and couple the phone back.

i will advice if you do not have the knowledge to fix up the phone, you can take it a mobile engineer to fix it for you in other to cause further damages to the phone.

have you tried taking out the battery and turning it off for about 2 minutes then put it back in and turn it on it should work

replace phone (either upgrade, or insurance claim if you have insurance)
