Two ways:

1. Go to Photos, go to the video you want to share. At the bottom left of the screen you will see Share icon. Click it then scroll to the right until you see Whatsapp icon. Then choose your friend, Next, add some caption if you want and then send.

2. Open Whatsapp, open chat with your friend. Click the + sign on the bottom left. Then choose Photo & Video Library. Choose your video, add a caption, then send.

What Can Send Receive WhatsApp Messages
-Check whether router is working or change to another network

-Turn on and off airplane mode
-Use mobile data rather than wifi
-Reset network settings
-Restart device
-Reinstall whatsapp
-Reset device to factory settings

Try clearing the cache and data stored by WhatsApp by heading over to the application manager.
Uninstall and reinstall

-Try another device and install whatsapp on it
-Try to send media
-If yes, send APK file on LG device via Bluetooth
-Install that APK on your device

go to your device storage then whats app folder there will be several folders of picture e.g. whats app images or whats app profile pictures . delete the pictures from there and it will work out..

Dear friend,
You can ask your friend to resend the same recording to you via email or mms to your device.
Since, whatsapp does'nt provide other options.

Instead all these, try recording that clip to another device and send it to your iphone then you can use that as a ringtone.

You can only use Whatsapp to send free messages to other Whatsapp users. After logging into Whatsapp, you'll have a list of other Whatsapp users (from your contacts) in "Favs". From here, you can send free messages, pictures, videos, voice notes, etc to them. If you send messages from outside this application, your network provider might charge you for it. Do remember, you'll need a data account (or wireless network) to use Whatsapp.
