I have an Eagle fish ID 2,with no manual can you helpI think it's about 15 years old but still works fine.

Go to the companys web site and go to download and look up your finder, its there. You might have to stand on your head to read it.

Reading the manual it does say that there is a temperature range for these. I"m not sure where you live but it might be cold enough that it is damaging the transducer in the off winter months.
