Now if you want to watch movies added on your phone, you can download the VLC app. But if the movie format is not supported like the mkv format, you might need to convert them.
your internet speed is not quickenogh, and its buffering. 4mb min for films etc you need you must be dropping lower that that on your phone. or your app needs updating to new one.
Well this is down to your internet speed being too slow. You can check the minimum speed requirements in their help center. If you are not sure of your connection speed, Google for broadband speed checker and do it in the evening.
Some films are in HD only and others in SD. If your connection speed is less than 5Mbps and fluctuates, only watch SD films.
